In my last post, I announced that 3 of my friends and I are on the path to opening a little boutique here in Oklahoma City! Here are a few photos from the past week of our progress in getting the space ready to open.

The “before” picture. The exposed brick and cement floors are cool, but there’s a lot of painting to be done!
The walls are painted! Aaaand my back hurts.
Pretty door decal. Our logo and branding was done by the amazing Erin Cooper at Cooper House. Read her blog post about branding our store!
So excited about our sign and our grass rug from Always Greener.
Adam and John gettin’ it done!
Jackie painting our logo on the back wall.
We are so thankful for all of our friends who have helped us out and made all of this possible! We’re planning on doing a soft opening/sneak preview this Friday the 8th for the monthly neighborhood art festival, Live On The Plaza. It’s a lot of work in a little time, but we’ll make it happen. After that, we’ll be open, but for limited hours, until our GRAND opening on March 8th for the next Live On The Plaza.
For more pictures and updates, follow The Salvage Room on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Also, check out our website! And if you live near Oklahoma City, be sure to come check us out!

Your logo is gorgeous and vibrant! I think the walls already look phenomenal! What a huge difference :)

Thank you! We are super happy with the logo design that Erin did. We’ve been working really hard at getting the shop to look the way we want it, I’m sort of surprised at how quickly we’ve been able to pull it together!
the space looks incredible! I can’t wait to see what your displays look like up against those gorgeous exposed brick walls. Good luck with the soft launch!

oh wow, wow, that is a dream space, I love it! When I saw the walls in the ‘before’ picture, I was hoping they were going to look as awesome as they do. Great job, I wanna come visit!
